We may process account and contact details, project descriptions, uploaded project files, order and billing references, support communications, technical/security logs, service usage information and records needed to administer the project and its legal terms.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide requested services, process and verify orders, deliver files, communicate about projects, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations and maintain service security.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performing a contract, taking steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting/infrastructure, transactional email and payment processing. Paddle may process billing and transaction data as Merchant of Record. Brevo may process email delivery data. Providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Project files are used only as needed to provide the requested service, quality-control the output, secure the platform and resolve support issues. Retention may vary by service or plan; files are deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and security requirements.
