Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern purchases and use of digital services provided under the HOBO Works brand by Szilveszter Sándor (“HOBO Works”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@hoboworks.cloud.

1. Services

HOBO Works provides digital services including data processing, creative production, web work, writing and SEO-related work. The exact scope, deliverables, timing and price are defined by the selected service, server-side quote and any project-specific agreement shown before payment.

2. Orders and payment

Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect applicable taxes and provide billing documents. A project is treated as paid only after our server receives and verifies the relevant payment event.

3. Customer materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide any files, text, images, data or other materials submitted for processing. You must not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery format and included revisions depend on the purchased service and project scope. Material scope changes may require a new quote.

Brief accuracy and customer approval. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete and usable task description, files and instructions. If an incorrect, incomplete or misleading brief causes the result to differ from what you intended, that difference is not a service defect; complaints or refunds based solely on that mismatch are not accepted. We may request clarification, pause work or issue a new quote where the scope is unclear. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, rights in custom deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you after full payment, excluding our pre-existing tools, templates, systems, know-how, software, models and reusable components. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Service availability

We may suspend or refuse work where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or unsupported scope. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external platforms or third-party services.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HOBO Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of deliverables or third-party systems.

8. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. An incorrect or incomplete brief does not create a refund claim for the resulting mismatch. After the customer actually downloads a conforming deliverable, a refund is not available for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the chosen scope. Mandatory consumer rights, non-delivery, duplicate charges and legally required remedies remain unaffected. For custom digital services, beginning performance at your request may affect statutory withdrawal rights where the law permits.

9. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by applicable Hungarian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version applicable to an order is the version published when that order is placed unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
